All sessions are currently held online.  Online sessions provide the flexibility to accommodate busy schedules, offering the convenience of one’s preferred location & granting clients the freedom to engage comfortably.

While hypnosis is involved in RTT, it’s more about creating a focused and receptive state of mind rather than a traditional deep trance. Clients remain aware and engaged throughout the process.

The number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the nature of the issue. RTT is designed to provide noticeable results often in just one to three sessions.

RTT is generally suitable for most individuals. However, it’s essential to consult with a qualified RTT practitioner to determine the appropriateness based on individual circumstances.

A session typically involves a pre-talk to discuss the issue, induction into hypnosis, exploration of subconscious beliefs, and the use of personalized suggestions to bring about positive changes.
