RTT helps you change automatic feelings of fear into excitement, breaking away from destructive behaviours that are causing physical or emotional pain.
RTT addresses the root cause of issues, by passing the current symptoms.

RTT Therapy typically lasts for one to three sessions. Sessions are about 1.5/2.5 hours long. It starts with a separate pre session chat about the issue. We know that 90% of all our behaviours, issues & habits are rooted in the subconscious mind, its so important to uncover what these roots are at its core.

A client enters the state of hypnosis, which means a very relaxed & calm state of the mind of alpha brainwaves where the door to the subconscious mind opens.   After our session, you will receive a bespoke audio recording which you will listen to for 21 days.  The RTT session will change the behaviour & the audio will rewire the changes from our session, helping you to adapt & change your thought processes. You will receive 3 20-minute weekly follow-up on line calls where we will note down the changes you have noticed & made.  You will also receive support from me via texts within your RTT package.

 

An RTT session can last anything between 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.

Yes, you will be aware of everything we discussed. During the session on line, you will achieve heightened awareness. Your body will feel completely relaxed & your subconscious mind will be fully engaged.
